To tap into promising business models outside the company, they draw on our global network of ten innovation centers, located in Ludwigsburg (DE), Berlin (DE), Tel Aviv (IL), Shanghai (CN), Beijing (CN), Barcelona (ES), Zagreb (HR), Atlanta (US), Palo Alto (US) and Guadalajara (MX).
We are looking for a Content Manager to join their team and collaborate with the customers to create and update website content and the Content Manager will need.
What would your duties be?
- Contact stakeholders and other teams. Follow methodologies.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies, diverse markets and teams, to seek ways to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, Product Manager, content creators, market representatives and other stakeholders.
- Add, edit, and publish content to our website for multiple markets and languages.
- Provide guidance and coaching to content creators on best practices and UX vision.
- Continuously evaluate and advocate for leaner content creation processes.
- Support content creation coordination.
Which are the requirements for this position?
- Proficient in English.
- 3 to 5 years as a content editor.
- Proficient with Enterprise CMS systems, such as Sitecore or Adobe experience manager.
- Proficient in image editing software.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-country and cross-team projects, resolving conflicts.
- As a clarification, PDES wishes to specify that the person will not need to write or translate content, handle social media platforms, or develop a UX/UI strategy.
- Knowledge of UX design.
- Experience assessing existing content creation processes and proposing improvements.
- Able to provide quality assurance of content before publication.
- Strong communication skills.
