**Position Overview**
We are looking for a Content Manager to lead the creation, delivery, and optimization of our content and also support in the content creation process. This position will work closely with our Performance Marketing team to monitor content strategy performance and strive for continuous improvement. The Content Manager must have a passion for the digital media landscape and understand the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and execute an editorial mission, vision, and voice that aligns with our brand and strategic goals.
- Produce content to convert cold traffic into quality leads on organic channels.
- Execute omnichannel digital advertising campaigns across search and social.
- Ensure all content created follows Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics to improve Birchbox's organic positioning.
- Create the influencer social media strategy and analyze results monthly.
- Work with Performance Marketing to understand what content could contribute to company metrics. Keep up to date with product launches to create content to update potential and existing customers.
**Requirements**:

- Based in Barcelona or surrounding area
- 4+ years experience writing and creating content for web or digital products
- SEO knowledge
- Proficient with Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
- Spanish and C2 Level in English
- Understands how to react to customers' needs in all marketing funnels.
- Desires to always know more and keep learning about trends in social media.
- Communicates with accuracy and precision, while understanding the brand voice and tone.
