The Enterprise Sales Director** **is responsible for engaging Marketing decisions makers to create, develop and close new business. The sales role is a hunter role focused primarily on enterprise grade account acquisition and winning business amidst a competitive landscape.
With high growth in Europe and Spain (100+ clients), the Zeta Marketing Platform is used by leading brands in Spain. Great opportunity to join a company in expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage Executives in targeted prospect accounts - focusing in on the largest brands.
- Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling
- Orchestrate discussions with senior executives around their business needs
- Build a plan to provide digital media solutions to meet the prospects' long term needs as a strategic business partner
- Develop a pipeline of viable opportunities that exceeds quota, and keep abreast of prospects in your territory
- Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
- Drive all aspects of the sales cycle including, proposals, scoping, pricing and contract negotiations, etc
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

**Experience & Education Requirements**:

- Excellent sales skills, lead development and qualification skills - especially at the executive level
- Strong knowledge of Ad & Mar Tech: DMP, CDP, DSP, Data Onboarding, Device Matching, 3rd party ad-server, attribution vendors
- Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation/demo skills both in person and via phone/web presentation
- Strong technology skills. Must be able to do complete product demonstration and credibly discuss technical topics
- Native in Spanish. Excellent English language skills are a must - both written and oral.
- Stable track record with 2+ years in each organization
- Knowledge of any of the following industry verticals - Auto, Retail, BFI, Travel, High Tech, Telecommunications, Education

DESCRIPTION

El Enterprise Sales Director (Director de Ventas) es responsable de involucrar a los tomadores de decisiones de marketing para crear, desarrollar y cerrar nuevos negocios. El rol de ventas es un rol de « hunter » enfocado principalmente en la adquisición de cuentas enterprise y en ganar negocios en un panorama competitivo.

Con un alto crecimiento en Europa y España (más de 100 clientes), la Zeta Marketing Platform es utilizada por marcas líderes en España. Gran oportunidad de incorporarse a una empresa en plana expansión.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Involucrar a los ejecutivos en cuentas de clientes potenciales específicas, centrándose en las marcas más importantes.
- Generar oportunidades comerciales a través de la prospección profesional y dedicada y las llamadas en frío.
- Organizar discusiones con altos ejecutivos en torno a sus necesidades comerciales.
- Desarrollar un plan para proporcionar soluciones de medios digitales para satisfacer las necesidades a largo plazo de los clientes potenciales como socio comercial estratégico.
- Desarrolle una cartera de oportunidades viables que supere la cuota y manténgase al tanto de los prospectos en su territorio.
- Sea dueño del ciclo de ventas, desde la generación de clientes potenciales hasta el cierre
- Impulsar todos los aspectos del ciclo de ventas, incluidas las propuestas, el alcance, la negociación de precios y contratos, etc.
- Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ingresos trimestrales y anuales.

**Experience & Education Requirements**:

- Excelentes habilidades de ventas, desarrollo de clientes potenciales y habilidades de calificación, especialmente a nível ejecutivo
- Sólido conocimiento de tecnología publicitaria y digital: DMP, CDP, DSP, incorporación de datos, emparejamiento de dispositivos, servidores de anuncios de terceros, proveedores de atribución
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, incluidas sólidas habilidades de presentación / demostración tanto en persona como por teléfono / presentación web
- Fuertes habilidades tecnológicas. Debe poder hacer una demostración completa del producto y discutir temas técnicos de manera creíble
- Nativo en español. Es imprescindible tener excelentes habilidades en el idioma inglés, tanto escrito como oral.
- Historial estable con más de 2 años en cada organización
- Conocimiento de cualquiera de las siguientes industrias verticales: automóvil, comercio minorista, BFI, viajes, alta tecnología, telecomunicaciones, educación
