**Internship, Sales & Business Development**
**Location : Madrid, Spain**
**Duration: 6 months from January 2026**
**Position Overview**:
Proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our dynamic team at SC Johnson Spain.
This role will **support** the Sales Associate Manager in managing distributor relationships, developing new business opportunities, and executing key commercial strategies across traditional retail, alternative channels, and emerging business models.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with exposure to customer management, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operational Sales Support: Assist in the day-to-day management of distributor accounts and new business initiatives, ensuring timely execution of commercial plans.
- Customer Interaction: Support customer-facing activities including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Data & Reporting: Update and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Financial Monitoring: Track budgets, promotional investments, and customer profitability to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Project Management: Follow up on new business proposals, innovation launches, and pilot initiatives across various channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on priorities and deliverables.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support strategic planning.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
