**Job Purpose**
The customer strategy team is responsible for the driving projects and initiatives to make the customer experience the best it can be. Your insights and analysis will have high impact with the potential to transform the customer journey.
**Main Accountabilities**
- Providing insights to the Customer team on NPS performance, identifying drivers of over
- and underperformance across touchpoints, customer segments, etc.
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Analyse available data to support decision making processes.
- Build clear and concise reports.
- Support key customer experience projects harnessing available data.
- Creating business analysis, outline problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly analysis of customer information.
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing issues.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders.
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that helps the business.
**Main Relationships**
- Data team.
- Commercial, Customer, Network and Strategy team.
**Education**
- Relevant higher education.
**Experience**
- 2 years minimum
**Competencies**
- Advanced excel skills such as skills and ability to develop solutions using VBA and SQL.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as R-Project, Python.
- Knowledge of data modelling and statistics.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power Bi is a plus.
- Understanding of data structures is a plus.
- Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and curious.
**Languages**
- English is required.
- Spanish is a plus.
