Multinacional del sector audiovisual, con sede en Barcelona, precisa:
SALES MANAGER B2B

Será responsable de la aplicación de la estrategia de ventas corporativa y de alcanzar el objetivo global de ventas de la empresa, con un enfoque clave en el crecimiento y el desarrollo de negocios nuevos y existentes.

Será responsable de crear e impulsar nuevo negocio dentro de la compañía que tenga un impacto en los ingresos de Ventas Corporativas.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Dirigir y liderar el equipo de ventas B2B, asegurándose de que están motivados y capacitados para alcanzar los objetivos del negocio
- Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades y operaciones del equipo de ventas
- Investigar e identificar oportunidades de venta, generar oportunidades de venta y clientes potenciales
- Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas, tanto internas como externas
- Desarrollar, mantener y mejorar las relaciones con las cuentas clave para mantener un alto nível de servicio y calidad de los clientes
- Capacidad para detectar e identificar oportunidades de negocio con contactos clave para el departamento B2B y para la empresa en general
- Apoyar al Head of Sales en el diseño de una estrategia de marketing de ventas que apoye el crecimiento de los ingresos en todas nuestras líneas de negocio
- Ayudar al Head of Sales a establecer y aplicar las mejores prácticas mediante el cumplimiento de los níveles de servicio
- Conocimiento de CRM
