**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
- The position is responsible to support the delivery and execution of OVH FP&A activities including but not limited to Long Term Planning, Annual Budgeting, Forecasting, Standard Reporting and Business Support & Analysis to provide valuable insight to our internal customers

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Support the execution of the long-term vision and strategy for Overheads
- Provide valuable insights to our Business Partners & CFO to facilitate decision making.
- Support the development and implementation of standard tools and processes to simplify operations and facilitate best practice sharing across the business
- Support the production of standard and ad-hoc Finance reports to serve customers by turning data into insights and fulfil internal service levels
- Adapt the message to the audience - concise, clear & key messages
- Lead meetings with Business Partners to provide them with valuable insight
- tell the story behind the numbers
- Support Manager and Director with early visibility of the numbers with a Flash Result delivering an insightful report helpful for the team to see exactly what is happening with the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant finance technical discipline
- Preferred: Master’s Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting)

Experience
- 5+ years of Finance or Accounting Management experience preferably in complex multinational businesses within Senior Finance roles, including FP&A experience
- Proven experience in driving change management initiatives

Skills and Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinker, can anticipate & provide scenarios for different problems
- Solid understanding of FP&A tasks & processes
- Good understanding of complex Finance, Accounting and Tax principles

Languages

Required: Fluent English

Preferred Education

Degree and equivalent - Finance

Preferred Level of Work Experience

5 - 7 years
