Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain has an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Department as Finance Analyst FP&A, based in Madrid, Spain. As our Finance Analyst FP&A, you will be supporting members of Spanish leadership and their respective teams in the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical business. You will also be responsible for Implement and integrate digital technologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. This role reports to the Business Controller for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain.

**Financial Planning & Controlling**
- Review the major Opex variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making.
- Have an end-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization and innovative approaches.
- Implement and integrate digital technologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

**Compliance**
- Comply with J&J worldwide financial (WW financial), HCBI, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with local regulations.

**Business Partnering**
- Lead and supervise plan commitments for the respective area.
- Bring an external focus and establish connections with internal partners that drive business performance.
- Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives.
- Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in finance/economics/accounting is required.
- A minimum of 2 - 4 years finance or related business experience is required. Experience in a Reputable Audit Company is a must
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of both oral and written English.
- Strong communication and analytical skills and a proactive mindset.

**Experience Required**
- FP&A and business partnering experience preferred.
- Proven track record of high performance and driving improvements across business environment
- ** Proven experience with digital tools and technologies to enhance business processes and drive efficiency**
