**Purpose of role**:
The Group FP&A Junior Analyst will be key in supporting:
1.
**FP&A Group Manager **based in London. Central Functions: Finance & Agents Credit, Human Resources, Business Development & Operations, Legal & Compliance and IT
- 2. Broader
**Regional FP&A Team (3 members) **based in London, Madrid and New Jersey

The person should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, organisation and planning, show initiative to follow up and resolve queries and issues, be inquisitive and a genuine problem solver.

**Role details**

**Supporting FP&A Manager (London)**

**Month-end**
- Support month-end close acting as a key link to the accounting team in Madrid;
- Review Central functions Overhead Costs (£19m) to ensure accruals are booked by Accounting, journals are in the right Cost Centre and reclasses/corrections are done by Accounting on time;
- Compare actuals vs budget/forecast by function and account. Provide insightful commentary including risks & opportunities for the year-to-go (YTG);
- Prepare Central costs month-end report by function and by account vs budget/forecast. Work with Central functions Manager to ensure variances and costs YTD are understood and YTG are captured;
- Analyse FTE variances vs budget/forecast to ensure salaries costs are allocated properly to the functions

**Person Specification**
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any other Finance related degree.
- 1-2 years’ experience in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, plus 1-2 years’ experience in accounting
- Accuracy and attention to details. Excellent analytical skills. Organised and tidy. Look beyond the obvious. Inquisitive. Problem solver.
- Comfortable working on a very dynamic, continuously growing and entrepreneurial environment - PE backed
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (mandatory)
- Excel skills (advanced) and Power point
- Systems skills: OneStream or similar
