THE ROLE
Our Relationship Management Team are skilled sales and hospitality professionals who successfully introduce our luxury property & travel club to high-net-worth prospective members and partners. As a Relationship Manager, you must be creative, proactive, organized, a multi-tasker, and possess excellent grammar skills. Last but not least, as a Relationship Manager, you must be able to adapt in a dynamic environment, enjoy being an integral component to a team, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently day to day.
More specifically, you will
- Report to the Vice President International
- RMs are responsible for converting qualified (inbound) leads to quality members (telephone or video-conferencing), and may include prospecting for new members or partners
- Manages the whole sales process
- including first introduction, educating and converting
- Achieving the growth goals for the allocated Book of Business
- Collects all necessary documentation to complete the onboarding process
- Re-activating inactive members, and directing resources to serve members as needed
- Understand the intricacies of club membership to maximize membership potential
- Build positive relationships, mutual trust, and respect within the team
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience and proven success in inside business to consumer sales over the telephone; preferably with strong understanding of the luxury industry, global cultures, international travel, leisure, real-estate, and/or hospitality industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment achieving and exceeding set targets
- Quickly build report, superb interpersonal and telephone skills, including the ability to manage expectations for prospective members and business partners
- Strong computer skills including Office365 and accurate usage of CRM systems
- Fluent in English, other European languages are highly regarded
