Property Telemarketer

We have an exciting opening for a motivated telemarketer who will be responsible for contacting new and existing property enquiries in an expanding International Real Estate company near Marbella.
**Requirements**:
- Must be fluent in English
- Knowledgeable of the real estate market is essential (San Pedro, Marbella, Estepona, Benahavis and Marbella East)
- Responsible for contacting all enquiries to qualify, build and maintain a relationship and filter them ready for follow up by the Sales Manager or Sales Executive
- Must have a smart appearance as this position is based in the office.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and be a team player.
- Must have good MS Office skills
Package:
- €1200 basic plus social security and gestoria fees paid plus 5% commissions (OTE 3000 per month)
- Nice working environment
- 9am to 5pm July and August and 10am to 6pm September to June
