Roosty's is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Amazon FBA Brand Manager to spearhead the growth of its brand. Roosty’s is a brand with a vision to dominate the industry; therefore, this position offers an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in scaling a seven-figure brand to eight figures and beyond.

As the Amazon FBA Brand Manager, you will take the lead on specific channels, reporting directly to the co-founders. They are looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, work smart AND hard, and embrace the excitement of building on the success of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
1️⃣ Reporting on KPIs for the brand.

2️⃣ Working with the logistics lead to ensure all products are in stock.

3️⃣ Driving new product development.

More specifically, your responsibilities will require you to:

- Drive new product development to broaden the offerings and reach new customers.
- Collaborate with the supply chain specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient product delivery process.
- Report on weekly KPIs and trends, using these insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with the designer to optimise product listings, enhancing visual appeal and customer engagement.
- Lead new product launches, creating excitement and driving initial sales.
- Partner with the VA to scale the influencer program, increasing brand presence and visibility.

Your first few weeks will include thorough onboarding, during which you'll get to know the brand, niche, goals, and team. This will be supplemented by a comprehensive A-Z course on efficient scaling with systems and hiring. Once up to speed, you'll transition into managing your first projects and day-to-day tasks within the business.

**Requirements**:
Roosty’s is looking for an individual with a proven track record in scaling an Amazon FBA brand, a knack for analytics and organisation, and a keen eye for spotting and seizing growth opportunities. Therefore, to excel in this role, you need to have:

- At least 2 years of experience working on another Amazon FBA brand.
- A strong understanding of Google Sheets, coupled with robust analytical and organisational skills.
- Experience in hiring and managing VAs and other team members.
- Proven experience sourcing from China and communicating with suppliers effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Helium10/Junglescout and Amazon Seller Central.
- As part of your role, you'll also be helping Roosty’s build a team to scale other channels as it moves into DTC, so experience in this area will be an advantage. Also, a good understanding of Amazon PPC would be a bonus but isn't essential._
