**Als Country Manager hast du die Möglichkeit**:

**Wir suchen nach einer Person, die**:
- Nachgewiesene Verkaufs
- und Geschäftsführungserfahrung in der Fahrradbranche hat.
- Fließend Deutsch spricht, vorzugsweise als Muttersprache. Ein nachgewiesenes hohes Niveau an Englischkenntnissen ist erforderlich. Kenntnisse anderer Sprachen wie Spanisch oder Französisch sind von Vorteil.
- In Deutschland ansässig ist, um nah am Markt zu sein und seine Besonderheiten zu verstehen.
Über außergewöhnliche Kommunikations

At Gobik, we are looking for a Country Manager to lead our expansion project in the German market.
Gobik is one of the most influential cycling apparel brands in Europe. Currently, we have about 200 employees and our headquarters are in Spain, where we design, manufacture, and distribute our products worldwide. Thanks to sponsoring World Tour teams or the MTB World Cup, among other activities, our brand enjoys a significant media presence. We are deeply committed to our customers, design, quality, and innovation. Our goal is to conquer the German market, and for that, we are seeking a passionate and experienced leader who will take on this challenge.
**As the Country Manager, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for our brand in Germany.
- Lead the collection and the Gobik's custom lines in the German market.
- Building strategic partnerships and strengthening key business relationships across all distribution channels.
- Recruit, lead, and motivate a sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Represent our brand at events and conferences, solidifying our position as an industry leader in cycling.
- Travel nationally and internationally to expand our presence and seize new growth opportunities.
**We are looking for a person...**:
- With proven experience in sales and sales management especially in the cycling sector.
- Fluent in German, preferably as a native language. A demonstrable high level of English is also required. Also fluent in other languages such as Spanish or French would be an advantage.
- With residence in Germany to be close to the market and understand its particularities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to lead, inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ambition to achieve challenging goals. Set objectives and deliver on them.
- Technology savvy. Familiar with data analysis and decision-making tools (PowerBI, Qlik, etc.).
- Willing to travel and take advantage of all opportunities.
- Passionate about cycling.
