**About Us**: We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce consulting firm specializing in supporting Amazon sellers in optimizing their accounts and building successful brands. Our team consists of experts in marketing, technology, and business strategy. We are looking for a motivated and competent Project Manager to support our team with administrative and organizational tasks.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Keeping a good overview of all customer projects
- Ensuring that deadlines are met
- Understanding Priorities & keeping project members accountable and responsible for their tasks
- Close communication with our departments
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, including note taking and creating presentations
- Coordinate and monitor projects and tasks related to Amazon account management via Clickup
- Assist our Consultants with all account-related tasks, such as staying up to date with policy changes or preparing accounts for different marketplaces
- Help the Consultants with research and preparation tasks

**Your Profile**:

- Experience as a Amazon/ E-Commerce virtual assistant, project manager or in a similar position
- Excellent organizational skills and high reliability
- Excellent overview of customer projects and statuses
- Independent and proactive work ethic
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
- Proficient in common Amazon and e-commerce tools and Softwares, as well as ClickUp (preferred)
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a highly structured and organized work style
