The Senior Brand Manager HCP / DTC - Healthcare is an important driver of our success across the EMEA region, responsible for developing and leading the execution of outstanding commercial product campaign s and customer engagement strategies across the portfolio and target customer groups (including HCP’s, c o nsumers and payors). This role plays a crucial part in shaping the brand image and enhancing market visibility through effective marketing initiatives to healthcare consumers. The Lead will be instrumental in building up and scaling the channel marketing team, and will ensure seamless alignment of communication activities with the overall commercial product strategies. Additionally, Senior Brand Manager HCP / DTC - Healthcare will be required to liaise and co-ordinate closely with global and country leads, as well as commercial teams, to ensure alignment of communications with both local needs and global priorities, which will be instrumental in defining effective regional communication strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans for the region, aligning them with broader brand and organizational objectives.
- Guide the development and execution of impactful campaigns to promote Dexcom products to all customer groups (including HCPs, consumers and payors) t s
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product strategies and align communication plans accordingly, as well as with global leads to ensure alignment of communication plans with global priorities.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with country leads to gather inputs and insights for defining and refining effective regional communication strategies
- Identify opportunities for innovative communication approaches, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Craft compelling messaging and ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels and platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, optimizing resources for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in all communication activities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication and campaign efforts, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
- Manage and scale a team of marketing managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Plan for team expansion and actively participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts as the team grows.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 + years of progressive experience in communications and campaign management, with a focus on healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead strategic communication plans, driving brand visibility and business growth.
- Proven track record in develop ment and deliver y of HCP and DTC marketing campaigns and execution through multiple channels (digital, broadcast media)
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Strong understanding of marketing and product strategies, and the ability to align communication efforts accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for crafting compelling messaging.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and insights to measure communication impact and optimize strategies.
- Familiarity with the latest developments in digital communication platforms, and experience in effective use of social media and other relevant digital channels.
- Proven experience in building and scaling teams is a plus.
