**About the role**:
As a B2B Marketing manager some of your responsibilities will be:

- Thiink globally, act locally: You will work with our marketing team from across Europe/America to maintain and grow the global marketing strategy in the Spanish market and execute and manage marketing budgets.
- Managing the marketing function in Spain as a whole (demand generation, PR, branding, web optimization, design, etc.)
- Conversion focus: You will be responsible for driving massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition and revenue.
- Responsibility from scratch: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the marketing strategy for the Spanish market through specific PR & brand campaigns, media partners, market research, Paid strategy and Inbound marketing.
- Collaborate with sales to always improve lead quality
- Collaborate with the content team to guide the acquisition and engagement strategy

**This is you**:

- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B acquisition and performance marketing campaigns
- Performance mindset: You've got at least 3 years of managing Paid campaigns (google ads, Facebook ads)
- You have proven experience working with B2B sales processes.
- You have proven knowledge of sales and marketing tools (Salesforce/Pardot, Salesloft, and Hubspot would be a plus).
- You are problem-solving and you have a “Let's-do-it” attitude
- International mindset: Advanced level of English and Spanish. Other European languages are more than welcome.
- Great experience developing Inbound content strategies.

**You will rock in this position if**:

- You have exceptional organization and planning skills
- You know how to communicate with different stakeholders inside a business organization properly.
- You are an innovative and open-minded professional with the ability to think outside the box.
- Other general knowledge in digital marketing: Offline, CRO, UX and Analytics

**These are not mandatory, but we'll be very happy if you have them**:

- Experience managing B2B sales teams would be desirable.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS would be a plus.
