**Sr Marketing Manager - Madrid, Spain**
We're working with a global generics company who are actively seeking an enthusiastic and confident Sr Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
The Sr Marketing Manager will require a minimum of 5 years marketing experience. The role is ideal for someone with marketing expertise in generics/respiratory field.
You'll spearhead marketing efforts to drive profitable growth in Spain, boosting brand visibility nationwide. Lead strategy development for the Respiratory Franchise, crafting operational plans for timely execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing tactics with objectives. Ensure cohesion among marketing, sales, and medical teams, while meeting Health care stakeholder's needs. Uphold compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Keep up to date with the respiratory market in Spain and the structure, function and priorities of Health care Professionals (HCP's). Communicate key points to stakeholders.
- Know the brands in the respiratory franchise and their advantages over key competitors.
- Develop strategy for the Respiratory Portfolio overall and develop messages, tactics, materials and programs that execute that strategy.
- Establish strategies for each brand within the Respiratory Portfolio and create messages, tactics, materials and programs that execute that strategy.
- Analyse KPIs with sales and medical colleagues, agreeing areas that can be optimised and how to do so.
- Be an ambassador, leading corporate branding and communication.
- Devise and manage the Marketing Budget aligned to the marketing and commercial strategy.
- Support at a country & European level with wider marketing activities such as website concepts and content.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Science or equivalent.
- MBA or similar is advantageous.
- 5 years plus in a Respiratory/Generics marketing role.
- Significant experience of leading a Respiratory brand or ideally a portfolio.
- Broad experience (eg sales management or medical) is advantageous.
