**The location of the role is in: Oviedo**

**About the job**

In this role you will report directly to the Head of Reporting & Finance Europe West and will be responsible for the accounting activities for some of our legal entities. You will interact with various stakeholders and will report both internally (monthly financial statements) and externally (audits, different local requirements).

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Overall control of all financial transactions and accounting matters (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger), including audit systems, for your area; you will be responsible for the reported figures, although the operating activities related to those transactions are performed by the internal shared service center
- Cooperating with the Tax Department for local taxation matters and VAT submissions
- Preparing legal entity annual statutory accounts and filing
- Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting statements in order to comply with RHI Magnesita’s internal group reporting requirements

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A degree or training in accounting
- Ideally, familiarity with financial reporting within an SAP environment

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered as an asset

**Work Experience**
- Some years of professional experience in accounting
