Your position

As a Payroll Professional Specialist, you will join our Regional Payroll Team and take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations across multiple European countries. In this position you will ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery while coordinating a wide range of inputs and outputs in various languages with internal stakeholders and external partners. As part of a multicultural team, you will work with colleagues across various locations, ensuring smooth payroll operations and effective communication across departments and countries. 

Your tasks

  • Ensuring the correct processing of payroll inputs
  • Validation of payroll reporting (gross to net)
  • Reconciling payroll journals and general ledger statements
  • Addressing and resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies
  • Overseeing Time & Attendance activities, including support to internal employees

 
Your profile

  • Comfortable working in one country while supporting payroll for another, with strong motivation and an open-minded attitude toward cross-border collaboration
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll / accounting or a strong background as an HR Generalist, in an industrial, multicultural production environment
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, labor relations, HR, finance, or similar
  • Solid MS Excel user skills

Languages: English - Fluent, any other European language is an asset (e.g. Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish)

Nice to have: Basic knowledge of accounting and/or experience in managing payroll for different European countries would be an asset.
