**About the job**

At RHI Magnesita, we are looking for a Payroll Professional to join the Payroll Department to handle all aspects of the payroll function. Together with the Head of Payroll EMEAA and a team of 4 other Payroll Professionals, you will be responsible for the entire area of Payroll of the EMEAA region. Some of your main tasks include managing RHI Magnesita’s employees’ allowances and benefits, collecting the necessary data from local teams, and ensuring that the data is correct and processed appropriately. You will ensure that the various payroll and related processes are completed within the scope, schedule, quality, and accuracy levels expected. Thanks to your proactive attitude, you will identify and solve potential incidences and find suitable solutions. In this role, you will work closely with your team, and identify opportunities for process optimization. You will not only get the chance to further develop yourself within the area of Payroll, but you will also be working cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Treasury, and Employee Services, within an international environment.

**Some of your tasks will include**
- Collect all data for payroll
- Preparing templates for our payroll provider
- Checking pre-payroll reports
- Validation and approval of payroll calculation
- Preparing salary and statutory payments
- Creating action plans
- Preparing KPIs

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & skills**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or similar areas
- Advanced Excel skills

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- French - Advanced - Would be a significant asset
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Few years of relevant professional experience
