**About the job**

As an Employee Services Professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for RHI Magnesita’s employees. You will be responsible for addressing all employee needs and concerns and reporting directly to the Employee Services Line Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including onboarding and offboarding, compensation, benefits, time and leave management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations across different countries. Your role will also involve providing exceptional employee support, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. By being the first point of contact for our employees, you will have a significant impact on their experience, managing the entire employee life cycle from start to finish.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Making the respective changes in the system
- Managing employee data in HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
- Collaborating with other HR functions and departments
- Preparing payroll sheets
- Working with different portals (i.e., pension, benefits)

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- Business Administration, Labor Studies, Human Resources or other relevant degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Independent user of Excel and a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of SAP will be a strong plus
- Great attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German and/or Italian - Proficient/Fluent

**Work Experience**
- Few years of relevant professional experience in human resources administration
