**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
The Public Cloud Customer Success Partner (f/m/d) acts as an account manager post-sales, working directly with our S/4 EM Public Customers (incl. RISE/ GROW with S/4HANA customers) to guide them through their journey with our offerings. The CSP works to increase customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references and upsells for Cloud products within the solution portfolio. They achieve this by building strong relationships with our customers and helping them maximize the value of their partnership with SAP.
The CSP oversees key customer milestones throughout the customer lifecycle, from deal signature, through to system provisioning, monitoring implementation progress and business case achievement. The CSP is expected to serve as the strategic point of contact for the customer and to leverage appropriate resources across SAP functions to maintain overall customer health.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- University degree (Bachelor as entry level) or comparable experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the area Sales, Presales, Customer Engagement, Product Management, Support or Consulting, including cloud-related experience.
- Experience in working with Customers in complex engagements.
- Customer relationship management, sales, and sales team expertise in license, cloud or services domain
- Commercial experience, incl. developing account management plans and contract negotiations
- Project management knowledge including business process transformation and re-engineering
- Innovative mindset for Customer Success.
- Good network within SAP and the cloud delivery teams.
- Very good communication and presentations skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish, additional languages advantageous.
- S/4HANA Public Cloud and Cloud Solutions background desired.
**ABOUT THE TEAM**
The S/4HANA Public Cloud CSP team is responsible for the customer engagement and retention of our S/4HANA EM Public customers. The CSPs is a strategic advisor and executive-level SAP cloud resource, responsible for the customer success, satisfaction, solution adoption, and reference-ability.
