We are a proptech company born in Milan in 2017 with the mission to change the way people sell, live, and buy homes in Europe by creating technological products that can handle and manage the complexity of real estate transactions. With the ambition to expand our business across Europe, we recently established in Spain and soon we will operate in Portugal.Our clients are:

We are currently scaling our business leveraging our technology and an international marketplace. Our investors are increasing, we are more than 250 people among Italy and Spain and we have recently raised a Series C funding of €200M, fueling our objectives. It is now time to grow even more and increase our talented team with new colleagues that want to contribute to the development of our products.

**What will you do?**:

- Selection, evaluation and preparation of purchase proposals for target properties;
- Vis-à-vis negotiation with selling counterparties;
- Operations support for business development and marketing initiatives;
- Coordination and supervision of external consultants and suppliers collaborating with the Company;
- Planning of expected economic units on selected transactions and cost management vis-à-vis defined targets;
- Support to the local VP of Investments in the decision-making process to finalize acquisitions.

**What will we expect from you?**:
As a **“Investment Analyst**” you’ll need to demonstrate:

- 2/3 years experience in consulting, retail or fintech top-tier firms;
- BSc/MSc in Economics/Management/Management engineering;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical mind and strong problem-solving aptitude;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Proven interest in the Real Estate sector is considered a plus.
