**Responsibilities**:

- You will have a responsibility to deliver key projects across but not limited to:

- Sales commission calculation and process upgrading
- Sales performance analysis
- Impact analysis of the different sales incentive schemes
- Communication and coordination between back-office and global salesforce

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role
- Advanced skills in Ms Office tools (Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pragmatic thinking coupled with a can-do attitude
- Test-and-learn mentality
- Motivated and driven, with a desire to make Ebury a success

**Additional plus**:

- Financial or mathematical background
- Experience in the sales environment
- Experience in customer service
