Overview:
The Associate Director of T&C for IE Law School is responsible for creating and executing the strategic plan for opening new international opportunities for our students interested in Legal Functions across sectors. This position responds to the Talent & Careers Department in collaboration with the rest of the IE Departments if needed.

**Key Action Areas**:
The main goal is to achieve international opportunities in the legal function across sectors, for our students.
- Generate new agreements of collaboration between IE and International Law Firms and/or Companies.
- Advice Alumni during the year on different topics: build your CV, different stages of a recruitment process, face an interview, make job recommendations, etc.
- Guide current students on how to access to the legal profession in different countries.
- Intermediate between the client and the student. - Strategic activities: Coordinate on campus and off campus events, company presentations, HR events, panel discussions, global agreements, cross selling with other IE departments, online publications.
- Follow up and analysis of results and placements as well as analyzing the data.
- Innovate to improve processes and enhance the student experience.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree from a top University.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Law background.
- Previous experience in HR will be highly valued, as well as experience in business development or management.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams and a client-focused attitude.
- High level of comfort interacting with students and clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and use resources efficiently.
