Consultora británica con oficinas en Madrid y Barcelona busca incorporar un Associate Director para liderar su departamento de Valuations & Advisory.Reportando directamente al Managing Director para Iberia, te encargarás de liderar un equipo conformado por 5 consultores. Entre tus funciones estarán:

- Asesorar en planes de expansión.
- Revisión de Due diligences comerciales.
- Revisión y realización de valoraciones RICS y no RICS.
- Feasibility studies.
- Revisión de contratos de management.
- Desarrollo comercial y gestión de clientes.
- Participar activamente en la contratación de nuevos miembros para el equipo.

Buscamos un profesional con al menos cuatro años de experiência en valoraciones de activos hoteleros con interés por tener mayor exposición a cliente y gestionar equipo. Es imprescindible contar con un nível alto de inglés, mínimo C1 (se realizará prueba). Deberás contar con un amplio conocimiento de los diferentes actores y modelos de negocio dentro de la industria hotelera, un profundo conocimiento del mercado y una amplia red de contactos.Horario de trabajo: : L-J 09:00-18:00 ; V 08:00-15:00; julio y agosto 08:00-15:00
