From **MCR International**, we are looking for an **Associate Director
- Hotels Valuations & Advisory** for a well known **Real Estate company based in either Madrid or Barcelona.**
Supporting the Director of the Spain-based Hotel Advisory team and the executive director of the Hotels team, providing assistance in undertaking and supervising single asset and porfolio instructions within Spain.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines
- Client liaison from instruction generation to client care and business development
- preparing and revising valuations and consultancy reports.
- Supervising and coordinating a team of senior and junior valuers/analysts.
**Requirements**:
- MRICS qualified.
- Throughout understanding of Red Book reporting requirements.
- Previous experience in Real Estate Valuation is essential
- Knowledge of the Spanish hotel industry and hotel real estate market.
- Trading basis valuation experience is essential.
- Understanding of hotel operational fundamentals, previous experience in hotels is preferable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in spanish and English.
- Strong report writting and proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks e efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Previous experience in managing junior people.
- Able to travel within EMEA and Valid driver's licence
- Team player-willing to take on other responsibilities in addition to day to day role.
