**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participation in the Building Capabilities projects across the Supply Chain teams as well as plants, with a focus on future skill identification, role definition and people assessment. Ensure support on preparing materials, coordination and follow up of actions, as well as people plans with SC leaders
- Participation in other strategic global HR SC projects including but not limited to: leadership for supervisor project, diversity, and plant capacity blueprint - supporting the project teams with communication, ad hoc analysis and coordination on deployment with the regional teams
- Support in preparing regular HR project updates and communications
- Prepare and lead regular reviews and reports on HR data for Supply Chain team, provide analysis and audit to HR dashboard and ad hoc reports with recommendations to the Global HR team on improvement actions
- Liaise with local HR teams to support deployment of global initiatives and collect feedback
