We are currently looking for a HR Generalist Iberia.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and delivering best-in-class HR services and programs in Spain and Portugal. The team includes 80+ professionals mostly in commercial roles, such as Account manager and customer care.

Ensure high-quality delivery of all country HR activities, including HR administration.
Trusted advisor and coach to the business leaders in region
Support HRBPs in the roll out of annual talent and performance processes; working with managers to proactively handle performance issues.
Participate in, lead and drive HR projects for Spain/Portugal and Europe
Promote diversity and inclusion to ensure we have the best, diverse team
Counsel leaders in LMS policies and procedures, legal considerations and company priorities
Co-ordination and implementation of HR Processes, policies, and benefit reviews with the support of the HR Manager.
Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach with clear documentation and follow through
Coordinate & lead discussion with our Comité de Empresa (work representatives) and ensure good social climate
Administrate compensation & benefit programs including incentives and pension plan.
Ensure smooth coordination of Payroll activities (payroll is externalized) with correct payment of salaries & variables
Maintain standards to meet compliance regulations with strong understanding of Spanish labor law and the organization’s legal and compliance policies
Maintain records and enter data into Workday (HR systems) and ensure accuracy and confidentiality REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in HR environment. Experience supporting office based and field-based environment preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of Spanish employment law is key
Experience working in global & Matrix environment with robust HR processes
Proficient Spanish and English both spoken and written (another EU language would be desirable but not essential)
Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially in Excel and HR Information Systems. Personal trait profile
