Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for an M&A Analyst, based in our Frankfurt Branch.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As an M&A Analyst, you will be supporting in the origination and execution of transactions for the clients of the bank.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Assisting senior bankers on creating M&A business opportunities

Creating marketing materials including pitch presentations

Participating in the preparation and execution of transactions across a variety of sectors

Conducting industry and company research and analysis

Gaining an understanding and developing company valuations and financial models

**EXPERIENCE**
0-1 year of professional experience gained in activities related to M&A advisory, Private Equity or Infrastructure investments, Structured Finance / Leveraged Finance or Big4 transaction advisory

**EDUCATION**
Bachelor's or graduate degree in business administration, economics or industrial engineering

Strong academic track record

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
Fluent in English and German

Working knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
