Grow your career as a **M&A Analyst** within AMResorts, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will support the AMR M&A Vice President to analyze, oversee, and negotiate hotel M&A transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and advisors.

**A successful M&A Analyst will**:

- Support AMR M&A Vice President in the negotiations of M&A transactions
- Coordinate internal teams that support M&A transactions:

- Lead project management of M&A transactions in close coordination with M&A Vice President
- Generate and manage status reports of M&A Deals
- Support Due Diligence processes
- Work with teams to build and analyze hotel P&Ls and forecasts
- Act as point person within the M&A group to efficiently facilitate the team’s day-to-day operations
- Develop deep understanding of the M&A targets and investors buyers, their priorities and the trends impacting them

**Experience**

**Education**
- The M&A Junior analyst must have Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field. And from 3 to 5 years job experience

**Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job**
- Ability to work within Excel, PowerPoint and Word
