**Job description**

OnRobot is defining and leading the market for Collaborative Applications on all Robot Platforms by bringing disruptive hardware and software technologies to market quickly and to grow revenues rapidly. The company has a network of more than 600 partners in 40+ countries in Europe, Asia, North America, and Oceania.

The key to success in this role is to support sales through our existing partner network with PR & Marketing activities throughout the region. You are known for your high integrity and your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time. You are open-minded, and you thrive in a rapid growth environment. You are an excellent communicator, which makes you capable of developing and maintaining good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The PR & Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the OnRobot Sales team with a wide range of PR and marketing tasks in support of commercial activities in the region. Your daily work will be in a dynamic, international environment with a dedicated team of colleagues based at the office in Barcelona.
You will report to the General Manager for SEAME, who is based in Denmark.

**Your main responsibilities will be to plan, lead, execute and measure regional PR and marketing activities based on global guidelines such as**:

- Lead generation
- Execute events and exhibitions
- Content generation for Social Media, newsletter and other sales tools
- Coordinate and execute case stories
- Responsible for regional marketing budget
- Responsible to coordinate PR agencies
- Regional Social Media management
- Understand the audience, market, and competitive landscape to adapt global messaging to regional.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in PR & Marketing, B2B, preferably tech related
- Experience with digital marketing
- Experience in generating leads
- Willing to travel to the extent required (10-20% of the time)
- High level of proficiency in English and at least one regional language
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-changing environment.
