We're seeking a proactive PR, Community & Events Manager to drive global visibility, engage key audiences, and position Red Points as an industry leader. Job Description The Events and Public Relations Manager will lead global initiatives across events, wide community engagement, co-marketing partnerships, and PR. This role focuses on building relationships, driving awareness, and delivering measurable business results. Key responsibilities: Profile-raising events with business impact Lead the planning and execution of high-impact events to engage decision-makers and position Red Points as a category leader. Manage logistics, content, and partner collaboration for hosted and sponsored events. Demonstrate agility and improvisation when managing last-minute changes or on-site challenges. Community engagement & brand advocacy Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers to build a loyal brand community. Involve them as speakers, podcast guests, and contributors across corporate marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align community activities with business goals. Co-marketing partnerships for awareness and demand generation Identify and activate co-marketing opportunities with partners, associations, and industry leaders to generate pipeline, build trust, and increase visibility. Proactive PR for thought leadership Build media relationships to secure coverage in top trade, business, and tech outlets.  Occasionally partner with agencies on stories, press releases, and thought leadership (TL) content.  Adapt PR strategy to stay ahead of industry shifts. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in similar roles (SaaS or tech experience preferred) Skills: Creative, strategic, and results-driven, with strong execution and project management skills. Proactive and autonomous, able to prioritize and improvise under pressure. Excellent communicator and relationship builder with a natural ability to connect quickly. Agile multitasker with a clear sense of urgency and focus on business outcomes. Fluent, professional English (U.S. market focus).
