The Project Manager, Events reports to the Senior Event Manager. This position can be located in any of the main European Kahoot hubs: Barcelona (Spain) or Copenhagen (Denmark).

**Responsibilities**

The Project Manager, Events’ main responsibility is to lead the planning, execution and follow-up of mid-sized online and in-person events with the highest standards, and according to set timelines and goals. Additionally, Project Manager, Events will support the Senior Event Manager on major projects.

The Project Manager, Events shall be responsible for the following tasks:

- Lead projects, manage online (e.g. webinars) and in-person events, and support internal communications pre-, during and post-event.
- Own the calendar of webinars and support Product Marketing Managers with planning, execution as well as follow-up post events. Continuously identify improvements to enhance experience and outcome of each event.
- Support the Senior Event Manager in planning Kahoot’s presence in major trade shows worldwide, and lead the planning of Kahoot’s presence in mid-sized international trade shows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine event objectives, themes, and content, and to prepare all necessary assets for online remote and in-person events.
- Source, negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, including conference organisers, venues, audiovisual & merchandise suppliers, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or MSc/MA in Business, Marketing, PR or Events, or proven experience of event organisation / marketing background.
- 3-5 years of experience planning and delivering successful events and tradeshows, both online and in person is required.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana and webinar tools such as Zoom is required. Experience with other tools such as HubSpot or Iterable is an advantage.
- Detail oriented and with an ability to multitask.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. A team player who focuses on delivering results for the team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Other languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable with a high-pace working environment and working towards deadlines.
