As a INTERN, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in the creation and activation of the influencer marketing and PR plans for different luxury fragrance brands and learn how to work with different departments and different projects at the same time in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our PR & INFLUENCER MARKETING INTERN, you are responsible for providing support for various brands of the luxury sector.

**Your main focus**: Relationship with international markets and follow-up for the correct execution and development of the PR plan. Help on developing and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Native/organic content and branded content. Handling of press and influencer monitoring tools - Preparation of clipping reports, presentations, and reporting of results. KPI's analysis Promote and identify new communications opportunities (print & digital). Detection of trends and collaboration opportunities in territories related to the brand. Proactively build and maintain relationships with journalists (fashion and beauty) and key influencers to ensure a strong share of voice. Relationship with suppliers, request for proposals and quotations. Database management.

The team consists of marketing specialists for different brands and the team’s manager. You will work closely together with several departments such as the whole marketing, media team, e-commerce, and external agencies. All your colleagues are motivated, results driven and with high attention to details in the luxury industry.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You would like to learn and improve your communication, teamwork and 360 work skills. As a/an PR & INFLUENCER MARKETING INTERN, you have a passion for beauty, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

**Other than that, you**: Recently graduated or currently studying (Bachelor's degree, MBA or Masters in Business, Marketing, PR, or Communication). Languages: fluency in Spanish and English. Have some knowledge on Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Strong analytical and communication skills. Intensely determined and tenacious work attitude.
