Based at our headquarters in Barcelona, we are looking for a **PR & Communications Manager** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute an effective PR & communications strategy (PR, social media, and content marketing) that maximizes visibility of Engel&Voelkers brand across the industry, in Spain and Portugal
- Support business objectives through the construction of our Love Brand.
- Follow up the tactical plan
- Understanding of industry trends to make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
- Research, write and distribute a continuous flow of press releases. Managing relationships with journalists, for interviews, pro-actively seeking and responding to coverage opportunities etc.
- Be able to generate a database of press contacts, and to build strong relationships with key media
- Creating community
- Educate internal staff on the use of social media best practices and promote its use within the company;
- Use relevant software and platforms to optimize our performance in the area of PR & Communications and track results on a monthly basis.
- Coordination with external agencies
- Manage a team of 1 or 2 people
- Coordinate Spain and Portugal PR & communications strategy with the HQ based in Hamburg
- Coordinate the writing of CEO’s editorial and articles for GG magazine (corporate quarterly magazine)
- Manage the budget allocated for PR & communication initiatives

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years working experience in Communication roles: PR, social media and content creation
- Solid experience on developing PR, social media and content strategies. Proven track record of designing and executing successful, creative PR campaigns
- Strong and proven knowledge of digital and social platforms, including best practices for engagement, audience growth and marketing;
- Understanding of and experience with digital analytics tools and evolving digital trends. Able to generate insights to promote content creation and key decisions
- Being creative and proactive
- Copywriting skills
- Good level of English, Portuguese is a plus. Experience working within digital teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
- KPI’s oriented.
- Hability to understand data and be able to find relevant insights
- Hands-on attitude and comfortable showing initiative and working autonomously.
- Experience in team management
**Nice to have**:

- Experience in Real Estate Category
- Have been working with OKR’s
- Video editing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with journalists and media.
