**What you'll be doing**
- Executing experiential marketing strategies that align with the overall brand goals and objectives
- Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for each activation
- Overseeing the execution of events, ensuring all elements are delivered seamlessly and meet brand standards
- Collaborating with creative agencies, production companies, and other vendors to bring experiential campaigns to life, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Developing and managing budgets for experiential marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Identifying opportunities to maximise impact and ROI within the allocated budget
- Conducting post-event analysis to assess performance against objectives, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting results to senior management
- Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing
- Seeking out new and creative ways to enhance brand engagement through innovative experiences
- Driving the development of new ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of traditional marketing
**What you'll need**
- A proven track record in experiential marketing campaigns with hands-on experience in large-scale event management
- Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success
- Solid project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-efficient solutions
- Excellent relationship, presentation, and communication skills to collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders
- A willingness to travel to oversee on-site activations
