The Regional Commercial Manager's key purpose is to increase sales by capitalising on opportunities and minimising risks while maintaining a profit and customer-focused perspective.

**What You’ll Do**:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Work with the Regional Commercial Manager to ensure sales performance in the region by managing local market conditions, including product assortment decisions, stock levels, and intake dates to reflect regional demographics.
- Work closely with the Regional Commercial Manager to identify and agree all markdown priorities and implement a structured follow-up process to ensure that all lines sell through.
- Analyse and review risks with the Regional Commercial Manager to review regional coverage and identify areas for inter-region transfer.
- Enable effective two-way communication between Retail and B, M & D by effectively communicating feedback from the region to identify key opportunity areas and product information to the retail teams.
- Identify pricing issues related to competitor pricing, product, and location within the region.
**What You’ll Bring**

- Minimum 3 years plus experience in Primark, having reached minimum Assistant Manager level and demonstrated advanced commercial knowledge to date.
- Attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate reports as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher-level overview.
- Knowledge of Primark product and processes.
- Ability to identify and spot product trends and key product opportunities.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally throughout the business and engage and collaborate with key stakeholders.
