Fully remote (Spain) Reports to:Global Business Development Director English plus one regional language (Spanish or Italian)The organisation emphasises advanced technology and a collaborative, performance-driven culture: In this role, you will lead the commercial market entry and early-stage growth across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. This is a foundational role, responsible for establishing the commercial groundwork to enable scale and long-term success.Define target customers, pricing, sales channels, and partner networks Turn local market insights into practical actions for Sales, Marketing, and Product teams Business Development & Sales Build and manage a strong B2B pipeline Market Research & Insights Provide actionable insights to guide regional and global strategy Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel roles in hardware, systems, or technology solutions.
