Company Description

The M&A Analyst is a core member of the M&A function who is able to analyse deals, build complex financial models and support executive decision making on inorganic investments.

**You will**:
Build financial models and presentations which convey the strategic rationale behind inorganic investment opportunities in a clear, structured approach
Perform industry, product, customer and financial analysis to support specific recommendations
Support due diligence activities for transactions (mergers, acquisitions, divestments, JVs and commercial partnerships)
Develop strong relationships with executives, market leadership and external advisors
Prepare materials for and support presentation of investment cases to senior executives (including Group Investment Committee governance)
For transformational deals, support integration planning, execution and cross-functional alignment
Manage data sharing policies and clean rooms between target and acquirer
Support tracking of deal synergies from due diligence through to integration execution
Design and create standardised corporate tools, techniques and templates (e.g. integration / separation / JV / partnership playbooks)
