for an international investment fund based in Barcelona.
Main Mission:
The selected candidate will work closely with the execution team, providing key support in the preparation, drafting, and structuring of investment materials, including investment memorandums, teasers, and other documentation required throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the M&A Associate in preparing and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and all related documentation for the investment process.
- Conduct company, sector, and market research to support investment theses and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the investment team to gather, organize, and consolidate relevant information for each transaction.
- Maintain, review, and update investment documentation as the deal pipeline progresses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
- Proven experience in drafting and structuring investment materials.
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages will be considered an asset.
- International exposure and proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical approach.
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and motivation to learn and grow.
