We are looking for an M&A analyst to support our efforts in strategic M&A in the language learning space. The M&A analyst will be playing an active role along the M&A cycle, with a primary focus on assisting the team in evaluating the targets and potential deals and presenting the opportunities to senior management.

**As an M&A Analyst,** you **will**:

- Collect, store, analyze and summarize information about potential targets
- Assist the team in the evaluation and due diligence of M&A opportunities
- Prepare deal memos and presentations for the leadership team
- Organize and keep updated our internal records, assist in managing the pipeline
- Draft information requests, organize Q&As, do call notes and status reports
- Cooperate with internal, cross-functional teams
- Participate in deal sourcing, pipeline development
- Perform research on markets and competitors

**What we are looking for**:

- At least two years of prior experience in corporate development, investment banking or private equity, management consulting, ideally with exposure to the Internet/Technology industry
- B.A. / B.S. in Economics or Finance; additional degree in Computer Science or Engineering would be an advantage
- Advanced user of Google Sheets /Docs /Slides
- At least a basic understanding of digital economy business models
- Financial analysis and financial modeling skills and experience
- Strategic thinking, commercial mindset
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Diligence and dedication, ability to plan and manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Capable of working in a multicultural, cross-border environment
- English C1 or higher
