**Why we need you:
**Ideally, you will be an Equity Share Plans Professional with a solid experience in Share Plans to work on the Operations Special Projects team to manage both key projects and ongoing controls and checks. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving improvements across the EPM and Operational areas that will have a positive impact on both our internal and external clients.

You will be a problem solver who not only solves the problem at hand but also asks the “what if” questions to assess the broader impact of the problem at hand.

The Special Ops teams is a team that aims to drive improvements within the EPM and Operations area, but also to react positively when issues arise to help minimise the BAU impact on EPM and Operational teams.

**What you will do**:

- Act as the main point of contact with clients on Corporate Actions and manage same
- Oversee and report on the relevant Audit Controls [checklist, monthly recs, access controls] to ensure compliance with same
- Manage the EPM involvement of the Data Integrity Project
- Liaise with internal GS teams (IT, Product, PM) for the roll out of system and process changes e.g. Checklists, Audit controls, UAT, MFA, Client Asset Statements
- Coordinate, control and report on UAT and Regression testing activity for the regular system releases to ensure complete and thorough UAT and Regression tests are completed by the relevant business areas [e.g. COO operations teams + CRMS] for each system release.
- Coordinate periodic reviews of UAT and regression tests with the relevant business areas to ensure that tests are relevant and inclusive of any issues
- Liaise with IT and attend Sprint Review meetings to communicate system enhancements in user friendly language
- Interact with SAS and Reseller customers/clients on operational transactions and events related to their share plan program
- Oversee Incident Management (TRKS) withing the operations areas
- Promote best practices that impact how we meet our regulatory requirements
**What you have**:

- Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience essential - solid technical background also desirable
- 2 years’ experience in Share Plan Administration or similar industry required and have a sound knowledge of Equity Admin
- Good working knowledge of Jira & Confluence
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Smartsheet PM software desirable.
- Good client-facing and internal communication skills; written and verbal, it needs to be clear concise
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines
