About UsAtlast is building the world’s first AI-native orchestration suite for hiring. Instead of juggling outdated applicant tracking systems and fragmented point solutions, recruiters simply use natural language commands and our modular AI agents handle everything from sourcing to scheduling, interview roleplays, offers, and candidate feedback.We are gearing up for launch in Jan 2026. Backed by early supporters and with strong traction (signed letters of intent), we’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join us at ground zero.The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled full‑stack engineer to support us ideally full but this can also be part time. You’ll be joining an early‑stage team building a modern system from the ground up. This is a hands‑on role with strong potential for ongoing work.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AI agent workflows (LLM‑based, text and voice‑enabled)Develop scalable SaaS features using NestJS (backend) and Vue.js (frontend)Write clean, maintainable, and testable TypeScript code across the stackStyle responsive UI components using Tailwind CSSIntegrate and manage third‑party APIsImplement automated testing (unit and end‑to‑end)Set up monitoring and alerting for production systemsDeploy and manage infrastructure on AWS using Terraform (App Runner, PostgreSQL, Cognito, etc)Containerise services using Docker and manage CI/CD with GitHub ActionsCollaborate in an agile, fast‑paced team environmentRequired SkillsProven experience building AI agents or agent‑based workflows (LLMs, voice/text interaction)Building scalable systemsStrong proficiency with NestJS, Vue.js, and TypeScriptExperience with Tailwind CSS for UI developmentSolid knowledge of AWS (App Runner, RDS, S3, CloudFront)Infrastructure as code using TerraformDocker and GitHub Actions for CI/CDExperience with automated testing (unit and E2E)Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. CloudWatch, etc.)Integration with external APIsExperience working in agile teamsThe ability to work relatively autonomouslyNice to HaveKnowledge of multi‑tenant SaaS architecturesLocationFully RemotePLEASE READCompensation: This is an equity‑first founding role meaning that we’re offering up to 1.5% equity, depending on experience and contribution.At this stage (pre‑seed, pre‑funding), the role is equity/shares‑only - either part‑time or full‑time.
