OH37 is an experiential creative boutique agency that produces beautifully crafted visuals, animated content and experiences through events.

If you are an energetic, fluent English speaker who have experience producing events, looking for a chance to challenge your skills, and acquire new knowledge, then this could be a job for you.

About the job:

- To manage the workflow and organise the event briefs for the team.
- Liaise, negotiate, and coordinate with production suppliers
- To liaise with the different project owners and ensure timely delivery of all required materials.
- To ensure all project requirements are met up to the standards required.
- Maintains and updates the project briefs and content using the companies content management system
- The upkeep of the project files, assets, archive as per the companies systems and procedures.
- To have a full understanding of all project elements and the required team deliverables.
- To coordinate between the production, post-production units.
- Responsible for material and content follow up
- Ensure successful delivery and implementation of all required elements.Notes:

- Degree in event production or related field
- Technical knowledge of event production equipment
- Experience coordinating : setting up stages, lighting, and sound equipment
- Experience with video playback server
- Coordinating a congress event build
- Experience working with 3D mapping
- Demonstrable experience as an event organiser for both live and digital.
- Previously managed events portfolio (corporate, entertainment, experiential, interactive, and exhibitions).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience in using Apple Mac, Dropbox, and Trello
- Experience in the festival / event sector,
- Excellent IT literacy including Numbers, pages, Dropbox and Trello
- Highly organised
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience of procurement
- Experience of managing budgets
- Excellent attention to detailYour responsibilities will include.
- Communication with the corresponding suppliers to secure, resources, budgets, and produce events
- Keep an accurate record of expenses incurred.
- Order scheduled activities and ensure that they are carried out.
- Design or set the event regardless of the type of place.
- Support the producer to coordinate the work team by delegating specific and precise tasks.
