El puesto es de modalidad presencial, con posibilidad de trabajo híbrido, y el inicio es inmediato. Responsabilidades principales Organizar reuniones y mantener calendarios Tomar notas, coordinar materiales de revisión y seguir tareas derivadas Colaboración diaria con el Production Supervisor Actualización de la base de datos de producción Coordinación de necesidades del estudio Apoyo administrativo general Requisitos y cualificaciones Estudios o experiencia en industrias creativas (animación, film, vfx, videojuegos) Manejo avanzado de Google Calendar, Gmail y Drive Experiencia en gestión de agendas Capacidad técnica para aprender software de tracking como FTrack Conocimientos en Google Spreadsheets o Excel Comunicación oral y escrita en castellano e inglés (C1/C2) Facilidad para desplazarse hasta el estudio en Madrid Condiciones y detalles del puesto Localización: Madrid centro, cerca de Atocha Tipo de contrato: Proyecto temporal Modalidad: Presencial (posibilidad de híbrido) Inicio: Inmediato Para inscribirse, enviar CV a: #J-18808-Ljbffr
