**DMA Partners: Creative + Communications Agency: Madrid**
A high-end Madrid based Creative Agency is looking for a **Studio Assistant** to join a rapidly growing team:
Responsibilities include assisting with the operational day to day running of the studio and admin support to the team pushing hard to deliver fast, efficient and high quality client project delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Experience of working in a similar role within a creative environment for minimum of 1 year
- Strong communication skills and client service ethic, both internally and externally
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
- **A very high level of spoken and written Spanish AND English is essential**. We work with clients across the world 90% in English
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work discreetly and confidentially
- Knowledge of and practical experience with social media, especially LinkedIn is a big advantage.
- Confident, professional and self-motivated, ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexible approach
- Excellent IT skills (specifically Microsoft Office including Powerpoint and Word, and Google Docs). Knowlede of and practical use of Adobe Creative Cloud is also desirable but not essential
- Interest and knowledge of the creative and design sector is very important, as well as an interest in B2B corporate communication
The role is studio based in Madrid, Monday - Thursday, with Friday being a ‘work from home’ day. We are a small, friendly team and this role provides for lots of scope for career progression. The more you contribute, the more you will progress in your professional career. We are currently expanding the team so it’s an exciting time to be joining DMA Partners.
