Do you have experience as a Financial Assistant? Are you also fluent in french?

One of my clients from a agriculture sector is looking for someone who is ready to join the team so here are the requirements:
Full management of the company's financial aspects.
Financial statements closing and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis including reporting package to the HQ.
Preparation of local statutory reports (including financial statements based on local GAAP as required, tax filings, etc.)
Monitoring financial aspects to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Analysis of sales, costs, pricing, contributions, and profitability
Preparing and controlling the financial budget on monthly and annual basis
Management of the Company's cash flow
Collection from customers and payments to suppliers, including reporting to ICIC (the Group customer credit insurer).
Posting journal entries and bookkeeping
Control of transfer prices
Managing any direct and indirect taxes issues, including tax filings, tax inspections, assisting with local transfer price studies as required, etc.
Communication with the local external auditors

**Profile experience**:
3 years (or more) experience working in a global company as a financial assistant
BA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations
Background and hands-on experience in accounting principles
Hands-on background in working in SAP environment (mainly in FI, SD, and MM modules)
English and French - Good level for communication with HQ and between the different departments of the company
