Scanning and posting of all incoming invoices including management of the CODA
- Planon and assistance of control of development projects (Capex)
- Follow up of internal approvals on incoming invoices / manage the workflow
- Prepare payment batches / recommendations
- Posting of all bank statements including the management of Crescendo
- Intercompany and external loan accounting and bank reviews
- Manage Coda, Horizon and Business Objects
- Post all general ledgers entries
- Service charge reconciliation and charging
- Complete and timely submission of all VAT reporting (Hospitality)
- Participation in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings (Hospitality)
- Ensure correct, complete and timely IFRS reporting to the group (OneStream Hospitality).
- Prepare day to day cash management activities.
- Prepare annual accounts (Hospitality)
- Assisting in financial outlooks and financial forecasts preparation
- Assisting financial reporting deliverables (QMR, Investor report, bank reports, JV reports)
- Effective support to Head of Accounting and Financial controller
- Ensure correct, timely and complete processing of the above mentioned activities

Assistant Financial Controller (Previous experience in audit Big4)|Real Estate Company
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Previous experience in audit Big4 (2 - 3 years)
- Correct, timely and complete accounting of above mentioned processes
- Compliance with reporting requirements
- Fluent in native language and proficient in English
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, local statutory accounts and local CIT accounts
