Descripción de la oferta

Para importante empresa en fase de expansión líder en la producción de dips mediterráneos, precisa incorporar para sus oficinas del Vallès Occidental, un/a Customer Service con inglés.
Sus principales funciones y responsabilidades serán:

- Recepción de comandas y entrada al sistema.
- Realización de albaranes.
- Emisión de facturas diarias.
- Dar de alta en nuevos clientes y mantener actualizado el sistema.
- Atención al cliente (empresas), seguimiento de pedidos y reclamaciones.

Se requiere:

- Persona proactiva, resolutiva, dinámica, polivalente, con iniciativa, autonomía y trabajo en equipo.
- Don de gentes y buenas habilidades comunicativas.
- Dominio de las herramientas ofimáticas.

Estudios mínimos
- Ciclo Formativo de Administración / Administración y Finanzas

Experiência mínima
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares.

Idiomas mínimos
- Español nativo.
- Inglés medio-alto.

Requisitos valorables
- Se valorará domino del italiano.
